How to obtain your CLE credits:
To post your CLE credit hours online. You will need to request a password prior to using any of the online functions. Please allow 5-7 days to receive your confidential password. Go to www.floridabar.org Click on Member Profile on the right side of the web page and then click on CLE Activity Posting. Our course number is 8253 2 for 2.5 maximum credits. Please contact the Legal Specialization and Education department at (800) 342-8060 ext. 5842 with any questions regarding the online credit reporting option.

Note- the content of this seminar is being tailored to meet the needs of the particular group of attendees, Registered Paralegals and Florida Bar Attorneys (Filers) and their assistants who will be filing documents via the Florida Courts ePortal.
The purpose of the briefing (course) is to provide attendees with the background and operational information on the ePortal, including:

- Organizational makeup of the Florida Courts efiling Authority and it’s Board Members
- High-level overview of the ePortal’s architecture and functionality

- Note- The seminar is normally scheduled for two hours in duration, with the last 30-45 minutes reserved for attendee Questions and Answers (Q&A). Due to the “newness” of the ePortal and lack of overall awareness of its existence, purpose and functionality, the Q&A portion of the seminar has often been extended (by request of the seminar sponsor).
